Hello to all our friends and family .
Here at the Fritz home we love chocolate and cookies but together is even better! Tommy has become a chef of sorts and likes to help Esther cook.

He has become very good at making cookies but needs more work to make bread like these two loaves turned out and whole wheat to boot!

We don't go hungry here on Ometepe and the whole year round there are always bananas and fruits available.

We had Dr. Randy Smith and his wife Tammy here for the past three days and they really enjoyed the island and it's people. Got to hike the waterfall and cool off! |

We are taking two months off from construction on the Community Center as we are busy with visitors and teams until August 10th then I (Tom) leave for New Jersey until September tenth.
Hope to see some of our friends and family on this trip. Esther and the kids are holding down the fort while I'm gone.
