I know it has been too long since my last newsletter but this event is soooooooo news worthy!
On Dec. 3rd my Pastor´s daughter Danelis graduated from 2 years of classes in sewing at a island Technical Center an hour away by bicycle, yes...she rode there and back 3 times a week! Our ministry funds financed these classes.
It was a beautiful day as her class received their certificates and Danelis would have had top honors but a sickness cost her 2 weeks of classes. Our own Tech Center is on Christmas break right now but starts up again in January with five dedicated local girls. Danelis loves teaching them sewing and is very good at it. All she needed was encouragement and the resources of which we supplied lots! It paid off and we are blessed to have this fine Christian teacher as part of our school staff, our first!

Thank you all who have helped us this year and in the past. We are always thankful to God as He alone supplies our needs and the needs of the community which we so want to impact with our Tech center. |
